Yes. Top Driver is approved by the Illinois Secretary of State, the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles, and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to provide state-required driver education. Every Top Driver instructor is state-licensed and passes a background check before being cleared to work with students. All training vehicles are equipped with dashcams.

Yes — most Top Driver locations offer complimentary home pickup and dropoff for Behind-The-Wheel sessions for students living within the location’s pickup ZIP codes. Each location’s page lists the specific ZIPs eligible for free pickup. Students outside those ZIPs can be picked up at one of the partner high schools where Top Driver runs pickup routes, or meet their instructor at the classroom.
